HOW IT WORKS
PRACTICAL GUIDE
Reorder pages creates a new PDF from the exact page sequence you enter. Every page must appear once, helping prevent accidental omissions or duplicates while reorganizing a document.
Put two-sided or batch-scanned sheets back into the correct sequence.
Reorganize a report without editing content on individual pages.
Order the cover, body and forms before delivery.
HOW THE PDF CHANGES
For a six-page PDF, the sequence must contain 1 through 6 exactly once. Use Remove pages first if a page should be omitted.
Bookmarks, internal links and numbers printed on pages may not update to reflect the new order.
The current version uses page numbers. Keep the document open in a reader to identify pages before entering the sequence.
TROUBLESHOOTING
That sequence is complete only for a three-page file. Longer files require every remaining page as well.
Not in the current reorder tool. Requiring each page once prevents accidental duplication.
