HOW IT WORKS
PRACTICAL GUIDE
Merge PDF is designed for finished documents that need to become one file in a known order. VietPDF copies pages into a new document; it does not turn pages into images or intentionally reduce image quality.
Combine a proposal, appendices and terms while keeping the source files available for later edits.
Put lessons, exercises and answer sheets in the intended order before archiving or printing.
Group PDFs from one reporting period without sending document contents to a remote processor.
HOW THE PDF CHANGES
Pages are copied at the PDF structure level instead of being captured as images. Output size can differ because structure and metadata are rewritten.
Interactive forms, bookmarks, attachments and signatures should be checked. Creating a new document does not preserve the validity of source signatures.
The browser may hold every input and the output at once. For large packages, close unused tabs or use the Windows app.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Files are merged from top to bottom. Reorder the list with the arrow buttons before processing.
Several large PDFs can require much more RAM than their file sizes suggest. Process fewer files per batch or use Windows.
