HOW IT WORKS
Fill PDF forms in three steps
- Choose an unencrypted PDF with existing form fields.
- Edit fields and check choices and character limits.
- Create a copy, open it to check and download.
ON-DEVICE PROCESSING
Choose a PDF with AcroForm fields. Enter text, tick checkboxes or select choices, then create a copy. Scans without fields are clearly identified.
AN ON-DEVICE COPY
Files stay on your device. Keep your original copy.
Rewriting a PDF can invalidate existing digital signatures. Merge/reorder may lose form fields, bookmarks and metadata.
This is the source page. The filled copy is created separately below; open the PDF to check text and selections.

HOW THE PDF CHANGES
One PDF up to 100 MB; XFA and password-protected documents are unsupported.
Read-only and unsupported fields are preserved. No new fields are created on scans.
Unicode values are preserved; Unicode appearances use Canvas images and may look softer when zoomed.
Editing may invalidate existing digital signatures.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Only if it has actual AcroForm fields. Image-only scans have no fillable fields; the tool reports this instead of pretending to create a form.
Yes. Unicode values remain in the form. Canvas creates appearances when standard PDF fonts lack characters. Open the copy and check before sharing.
No. A separate copy is created for download.
